Murmur Whispers

Murmur Whispers is an interactive performance based on Murmur that was custom made for the ALB 's show at the "Victoires de la musique 2015". 2Roqs developed the technical aspects while Chevalvert worked on the art direction.

Project

The artist ALB requested 2Roqs and Chevalvert to perform a show on the same characteristic as Murmur. The sound and visual performance took place at the "Victoires de la musique 2015", February the 13th and broadcast on France 2 from the Zénith of Paris.

Principle

When ALB plays on the stage, sounds are captured to generate visuals behind the artist. We can see sound waves produced by instruments flowing through a tube made of LED and projecting on the screen. Each instrument has got its own tube made of LED which generate particular shapes, in this way the music create an unique visual through sound waves.
